Residing in Southern New Jersey with my loving family, I am a mother of five uniquely amazing children. Motherhood stands as my greatest and most profound endeavor, providing the very foundation for my work as a doula. Even before becoming a mother, I could see how my purpose on this Earth was intertwined with birth work. However, my journey in healthcare took a different path, commencing during my college years when I embarked on nursing school, ultimately earning a Bachelor's of Science degree. My desire was to serve others, but I also held a strong commitment to personally raising my children. Thus, over the past 17 years, I made the deliberate choice to prioritize raising my family while simultaneously embarking on an entrepreneurial journey. This journey equipped me with the skills needed to work closely with vulnerable mothers and refine my leadership and professional abilities.
In 2022, I embarked on a transformative path, undergoing doula training that has since provided me with invaluable insights and experiences. I've been privileged to witness six births over the years, but the most insightful have been my own five births in which four of them were natural and unmedicated. My births were and forever will be the most empowered and confident I have ever felt in my life. Stepping into the world of doula work, I became acutely aware of the profound empowerment that accompanies childbirth, and my aspiration is to bring this sense of empowerment to the mothers I serve.
With a wealth of experience in being a sounding board for other women on their journey to expand their families, I am passionate about guiding my clients toward unlocking their full potential. My mission transcends the act of childbirth itself; it encompasses helping my clients transform their mindset around birth, elevate their mental well-being, and enrich their daily lives.
Through a dedicated focus on education and informed decision-making, my clients gain invaluable clarity, set attainable goals, and cultivate foundational habits that not only support them during their motherhood journey but also empower them to thrive in every facet of life.
